The Coffee of Today is a really nice rich roast from White Rock Coffee Roasters in Saint Paul. They have a fantastic smooth roast called a 'Peaberry' which is amazing as well as a 'Kenyen AA'. We are trying something new this week. Not bad, but I think we will go back to old faithful with one of the two above next time we get some White Rock beans.
